Hi! I'm messaging you because I've noticed that there are a lot of communities around that are there for 's2 help' for various layouts. However, while all of these have many questions, they have no answers given.

I'm starting a new community to help people with multiple code aspects of livejournal; s1, s2, profiles and more. I am going to work diligently on keeping it active, both by recruiting layout artists who might have the time and inclination to help and spreading the word on various layout communities.

This brings me to my question, then: one goal of this is to help the people who want to post at places like mintyapple but don't have the code backup quite yet or can't get over the fear. So if it's possible, I would like to advertise this community on mintyapple because of such a purpose.

But I wanted to make sure that this would be okay with you first, as it is not the sort of post that generally goes up there.
