got up at 7 after not being able to sleep until 4:30 because of pain. left the house at 8, they decided to do my asthma action plan before any examination. that's okay, my peak flow is better on this year's edition, so that's a plus side.

doctor sent me to the ER within 10 minutes of seeing me to rule out appendicitis. my white blood counts were okay, i'm not throwing up, and the ultrasounds showed no ovarian cysts. they wanted to run a catscan on me to see if that turned up anything conclusive, but after hearing how many i've had, the doc changed his mind. they'll do it if this gets worse, but otherwise, nyet.

so they said 'we don't know what's going on, but we're going to err on the side of saying it's an IBS attack of constipation' and gave me a drink to take home citrate of magnesia, whatever that is. drink half a bottle (already did), drink the other half if there is no improvement in four hours. if still no improvement, call my doctor tomorrow, but if things get worse, don't bother to check by anybody, just hit up the ER again.

i have to live on motrin until whatever this is gets fixed. i'm allowed 400-800mg every 6-8 hours. but considering it hurts my cluster headaches to take OTCs and probably that would make my stomach worse, i need to figure a way around it, or a choice not relying on pills. unfortunately, no pain killers is not acceptable. that ultrasound was horrible enough that my stomach is sore, but even before that it was a 7/10. now it sits at 6/10 and flares variably to 8/10. fun.

i'm checking out of reality today, if you need something responsible out of me, grab me tomorrow. i need to try and hope to heal today.
