it would have cost me less to go on the fucking uk tour

this is so ridiculous. :x i have a $3000 music stipend and it's not going to cover what i need to do (travel + concert + two instruments) if i go to four concerts. i'm only going to two dates now, because, really? SF to see stella and Chicago to see lauren. i'm gonna have to see if i can find cheap concerts around when i'm in san fransisco because it's the only way i can complete my class (i HAVE to see four concerts, and it's cheaper for me to nail more than one there than to nail any in detroit, though maybe i can hit some really small ones in ann arbor).

i guess i could go down to oakland, but, um... no. i'm not paying $85 just to see a lot of people pissed off if del isn't there.

pit is $35 in the uk. seating starts at $45.

seating here starts at $85 and pit is $125. don't even ask about vip.

is this the compensation they have to take for traveling overseas or something? or just because they know they can rape our wallets and we'll take it since they haven't been here in nine years?
