Jul. 17th, 2011 04:40 pmI feel superdumb. It was like in the 80s before and a warning for people with asthma to take their inhalers if they went outside. I figured it'd be okay if I did and went to walking a significant distance to get food.
A) I forgot to check if I was wearing shorts (I wasn't. That is how alert the trazodone is NOT making me.)
B) Ever since lyme treatment, I am prone to heatstroke.
C) While I was out, the weather snapped to 94°F/feels like 97°F. Before anyone says about how it is much hotter where you live, I don't live there. I live in a place where if it's above 85, it's considered ridiculously hot. It's just what you grow up used to, really.
D) While I was out, they changed the warning to say that people with asthma should not go outside today for even Jesus or Go.
E) They added another warning for those with respiratory problems. and high pollen alert aaaandd air quality alert
how did all of this develop RIGHT WHEN I COULD NOT HAVE WALKED BACK YET
I like how I'm literally not allowed to be outside right now. Uhhhmmm
