It looks like my hiatus is going to be longer than expected, because I can't use my computer without being in extreme pain and I have to actually still be doing things and going to appointments while trying to recover from this surgery. Sorry for disappearing last night because of this, guys.

If anyone can think of a way I can use my computer when I can't use it while sitting up or laying down facing it or really putting any weight on my stomach whatsoever, that would be awesome.

In the meantime I pretty much have netflix to keep me company. Which I have never had before. Which is instant on the same thing that gives me youtube on my tv, basically there's like five million tv shows and movies I haven't seen I can watch at any given time.

So, um. Assume I haven't seen anything for the past two years because I literally haven't.

Any recommendations? :D

(Also, I need something done in Photoshop that is very simple by tomorrow night that I cannot do myself because of the pain thing. Anyone willing to take ten minutes out of Photoshop, maybe?)

I would suggest sitting at a desk, but that counts as sitting up, and on your back wouldn't work so.....on your side maybe? IDK....

Neverending Story is a great movie. Also the new AiW, Bounty Hunter, Mulan, Holes....*can't think of anymore*

I'm sorry to hear you're still not feeling well. I hope you heal quickly. You may want to try a wireless keyboard and mouse. That way you can be in almost any position you can see the screen in and still type. Feel better soon!

That's a good idea! I actually do have both but I lost the receptor, but I'm wondering if I still need that with a laptop, hrm.

Maybe a small computer desk? The kind where the legs fold so you can put it in almost any position, including - probably - straddling your stomach/chest without touching, so you can lie on your back and still reach it, is what I'm thinking of.

I keep seeing Caprica show up on my tv and I'm like "huh". But I get the feeling I should watch more BSG before I even touch that one.
