I went "I hate my period because it makes my emotions run illogically along things like 'no replies on social networks, everyone hates me' and similar."
And then I thought that over and went:
"...only PMS makes me depressed? That's something amazing."
I am still learning how to handle my anxiety and the other parts of having my particular combo of diagnoses, but you know, there's a shitload of mood improvement that I only just fully noticed.
So I guess instead of being mad at PMS, I'm happy about it, because it proves how well I am doing otherwise.
